Cook Once Eat Twice
Cook once eat twice recipes save so much time in the kitchen. If you can cook once and then eat the leftover the next day or pop them in the freezer then you've got another easy no fuss meal for those days when you really don't have time to cook.
A lot of the recipes in many of the categories on Searching for Spice fit this concept. I find that batch cooking means we are more likely to eat a delicious home cooked meal rather than taking short cuts. It's fine to order a takeaway or have a ready meal every now and again but most of the time I want my family to eat healthily. Cooking larger batches means we are more likely to have healthy leftovers for another day.
