Nigella Seed Flatbread
These homemade nigella seed flatbreads are so simple to make by preparing the dough in the breadmaker. Then simply cook them in a frying pan. So good with a homemade curry!

strong white bread flour

vegetable oil

nigella seeds

Instructions
Put all the ingredients into the bread maker and set on the dough setting.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Heat a dry frying pan.
Flour the work surface. Roll out the pieces of dough to about 3mm thick. Put two in the frying pan.
After a couple of minutes the bread will begin to puff up. Turn them over and cook for another minute.
Repeat with the rest of the pieces of dough.
