Baked Marrow Stuffed with Leftover Curry
This baked marrow stuffed with leftover curry is a great way of making one of those gigantic marrows really tasty. It's also a healthy way to eat leftover curry!

Ingredients

marrow

teaspoon
olive oil
Pinch

leftover curry
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°c. Lightly oil a baking tray
Cut the marrow in half lengthwise and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and soft middle.
Rub the olive oil into the marrow and season with a little salt and pepper, if using.
Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes. Check with fork that the marrow is soft.
Fill the marrow with leftover curry (or another similar kind of filling). Return the marrow to the oven for 20-30 minutes.
