Healthy, filling and delicious, this Alaska pollock recipe with noodles, vegetables and Chinese five spice is perfect for a simple stir fried fish dinner. You can make it in less than 15 minutes, which makes it a great meal for busy families!
Put the noodles in a bowl with the stock powder and cover with boiling water. Or just cook the noodles according to the pack instructions.
Heat two tablespoons of the oil in the wok and fry the fish chunks until cooked. It should take about 5 minutes.
Take them out gently so they don't break up.
Add the rest of the oil and stir fry the vegetables along with the 5 spice powder for about 3 minutes.
Drain the noodles and stir them into the wok along with a little soy sauce and black pepper. Add some chilli oil too or let everyone add their own at the table.
