This homemade mango lassi with cardamom is such a refreshing drink. You could make it to go with an Indian meal, have it as dessert or even breakfast. Made with mango, yogurt, honey and cardamon, it's easy to make and delicious too!

Instructions
Take the seeds out of the cardamom pod and crush in pestle and mortar
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz till smooth.
Taste and add extra honey or cardamom according to taste is necessary.
