Silken tofu

Freeze-dried strawberry powder

Maple syrup
Instructions
Put the silken tofu in a bowl and whisk it until smooth and creamy.
350 g Silken tofu
Add the maple syrup and freeze-dried strawberry powder. Whisk again.
30 g Freeze-dried strawberry powder,
1½ tablespoon Maple syrup
Taste and add extra maple syrup or freeze-dried fruit powder if necessary.
Divide between individual serving bowls and refrigerate.
