This healthy pomegranate yogurt fool with honey and pecans makes a beautifully healthy alternative dinner party dessert. It's also a pretty good breakfast recipe!
Mix 1 tablespoon of honey into the yogurt. Taste and add a little more if you want a sweeter taste.
Divide just under half the pomegranate seeds between two glasses. Put half the yogurt on top. Add another layer of pomegranate then top with the remaining yogurt.
Sprinkle on the remaining pomegranate seeds and then top with the chopped nuts. Drizzle with the rest of the yogurt.
