A tasty midweek chicken dish that's perfect for using up leftover homemade bbq sauce.

Ingredients

chicken breasts

tablespoon
homemade bbq sauce
Use a bought bbq sauce as an alternative

strips
streaky smoked bacon

Cheese
grated (I used cheddar)
Instructions
Grease an ovenproof dish and heat the oven to 200C
Put the chicken breasts in the dish and brush with the bbq sauce
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
Take the chicken out and cover with the bacon.
Return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the bacon.
Return to the oven for just 5 minutes.
