Heat a little oil in a wok or saucepan. Add the diced chorizo and fry until beginning to brown. Add the onion, red pepper, crushed garlic and chilli pepper and continue to cook until softened.
Add the tinned tomatoes along with the paprika and simmer for 10 minutes.
Start cooking the pasta.
When the pasta is ready, stir it into the sauce before serving. Sprinkle grated cheese on the top if you like.
A couple of minutes before the sauce is ready, stir in the two tomatoes that you've cut into wedges if you like chunks of fresh tomato in the sauce. (Optional)
