ripe avocados

lemon
1
clove
garlic
crushed

spring onion
finely sliced

small handful of coriander
cilantro leaves, roughly chopped

Instructions
Remove the avocado skins and stones.
Grate the zest of the lemon onto the avocado. Squeeze the juice from one half of the lemon over the avocado. Mash well with a fork.
Add the garlic, spring onion and coriander and stir in.
Season and squeeze over a little extra lemon juice to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips.
