Recipe for traditional bircher muesli made with oats, milk, apple juice and yoghurt. It's flavoured with apple and cinnamon then topped with fresh fruit.
Put the oats, milk, apple juice and lemon juice into a bowl and stir together. Cover and put in the fridge overnight.
In the morning add the grated apple, honey, yoghurt and cinnamon. Stir and divide between 2 bowls.
Top eat bowl with a sliced banana and a handful of blueberries.
