I used a jar of East End Mango Pulp. It was sweetened and contained 92% mango

Instructions
Put the lime juice, sugar and water in a saucepan and heat, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved. Take it off the heat.
Stir in the mango puree. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes until cool.
Pour the cooled mango mixture into an ice cream maker and churn. Transfer to a container and store in the freezer
