Kiwi Sorbet
Refreshing and fruity, this kiwi sorbet is a brilliant summer dessert. It's great just by itself or with a little fresh fruit whenever you fancy a healthy frozen snack or dessert.

kiwi fruit
Mine weighed 370g after being peeled

Instructions
Put the sugar and water in a small saucepan and heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Set aside to cool.
Peel the kiwi fruit and blend them.
Pour the kiwi fruit and lime juice into the sugar syrup and stir.
Pour this mixture into an ice cream maker and churn.
Eat immediately or put in the freezer.
This sorbet sets very hard so take it out of the freezer for 15 minutes before serving.
