orange marmalade

Instructions
Cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in the egg. Add the flour and beat until smooth.
Put the marmalade in the bottom of round microwave proof bowl. Put the batter on top. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Put a plate on top of the pudding and turn it over to turn it out.
Serve with custard, cream or ice cream.
