Jamie Oliver's piri piri chicken recipe is quick, easy and very tasty! If you're looking for a Nando's copycat recipe then this is not it but it is a delicious midweek meal, especially if you love hot and spicy chicken!
Make a few slashes in the chicken breasts then cook on a griddle pan for 5 minutes. Turn the chicken over and add the peppers. Cook for another 5 minutes. Keep turning the peppers.
Put all the sauce ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth. Add a little water if necessary.
Put a little of the sauce in the bottom of a roasting dish. Put the peppers and chicken on top then pour the rest of the sauce over the top. Cook in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
