If you're looking for healthy quark recipes then how about this apple and cinnamon quark breakfast bowl? It's easy to make, low in fat and makes a delicious start to the day.
Put the apples and cinnamon in a saucepan with 100ml of water. Heat over a low heat, stirring occasionally. Leave to cool.
Stir the honey into the quark
Divide the quark, apples and granola between two bowls and serve.
