Instructions
Peel the kiwi fruit and chop them up. Add the icing sugar and milk and use a stick blender to blend together. Alternatively put in a food processor.
Stir in the double cream. Taste for sweetness. Add more icing sugar if necessary.
Pour into an ice-cream maker and follow the instructions for your machine. When ready, transfer to the freezer.
