These small homemade oat banana and raisin bites are a perfect snack for young children. With no refined sugar, just three ingredients and ready in less than 20 minutes, what are you waiting for? Bake them in the oven or the air fryer.
Grease a baking tray or line it with non-stick baking paper and place teaspoons of the mixture on the baking tray. Press down slightly.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
Let them cool for a few minutes on the baking tray and then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Air Fryer method
Follow the steps above but divided the mixture into 8 equal cookies. Put the cookies/bites on a lined air fryer tray/basket and bake for 10 minutes at 180C.
I let them cool a little then turned them over and air fried for another 5 minutes to firm up the side that had been underneath.
