Sausage and Wild Garlic Stew
This rich and tasty sausage stew is flavoured with wild garlic and balsamic vinegar. It's a brilliant way making the most of foraged wild garlic as well as being a delicious family friendly dinner recipe.

Instructions
Cook the sausages in a large saucepan. Keep turning them until they are browned on all sides. It'll take about 8 minutes.
Remove the sausages from the pan and set aside. Pour away any excess oil just leaving a little to cook the onions.
Cook the onions gently over a low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add the balsamic vinegar and stir. Cook for a couple of minutes.
Add the tinned tomatoes, tomato puree, stock and about three quarters of the wild garlic.
Bring to the boil then add the sausages and lower to a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Scatter the rest of the wild garlic over the stew just before serving.
