If you're looking for a healthy kid-friendly frozen treat then these frozen rhubarb and fromage frais hearts are perfect. They're great for snacks as well as dessert and easy to adapt too!
Put a teaspoonful of stewed fruit into the bottom of each shape in a silicon mould.
Top with a teaspoonful of fromage frais or yoghurt. I used tubes of fromage frais which made it easy to squeeze it directly into the moulds but using a spoon would work just as well too.
Freeze until you are ready to eat them.
