Fry the onion and chorizo in a large saucepan for about 5 minutes until beginning to brown.
Add the chicken and stir until is is cooked on the outside.
Stir in the Recipe Mix and cook for another minute.
Add the rest of the ingredients plus about 125ml of water. Bring to the boil then simmer for about 10 minutes. Give a good stir and continue to simmer for another 5-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
