Instructions
Preheat the oven to 170C
Mash up the bananas with a fork.
Mix in all the other ingredients and press into a greased cake tin.
Bake in the oven at 170c for 25 minutes.
When the bars come out of the oven, cut them into squares but leave in the tin to cool.
