Air Fryer Quesadillas with Leftover Chilli
There are so many ways to use up leftover chilli con carne and right now these air fryer quesadillas with leftover chilli are my favourites. They're hearty, crunchy, cheesy and absolutely delicious. Great for adults or kids!

large tortilla wrap
Instructions
Cut the pepper into strips and air fry it for 10 minutes at about 180℃
Place the peppers, the chilli con carne and the cheese on half of the tortilla and then fold it over.
Cook the quesadilla in the air fryer for about 8 minutes at 180℃
