These spicy air fried potato crisps are a real treat. So easy to make in the air fryer and a real hit with kids and adults. You can eat them as side dish or as snack. And if you don't have an air fryer, try making them in the oven!
Slice the potatoes thinly and put them in a bowl of cold water for at least 30 minutes. This will draw out the starch and help them to crisp up more when they are cooked.
Drain and dry the ptoatoes well. Coat them in the spices and oil.
Lay the potato crisps in a single layer in the air fry and air fry for about 10 minutes, turning over regularly
