Air Fried Beetroot
This spiced air fried beetroot makes a delicious side dish or even a light meal. It's caramelised and spicy on the outside and deliciously soft inside. It's the perfect easy air fryer vegetable dish!

(one large beetroot)

Instructions
Peel the beetroot and cut into wedges no more than 1cm thick at the thickest edge.
Toss the beetroot wedges in the oil and spices.
Air fry for 25 minutes at 195℃
