There are few things better than the smell of freshly baked bread and making homemade bread in the bread maker is so much easier than making it by hand.
7gfast action dried yeastI often use half this amount and find it still works
500gseed and grain white bread flouryou can substitute for another strong bread flour
1tablespoondried milkoptional
1tablespooncastor sugar
1teaspoonsaltAdd an extra teaspoon of salt for more flavour.
15mloil
350mlwater
Instructions
Sprinkle the yeast in the bottom of the bread pan. Put the flour on top.
Add the sugar, milk powder and salt. Drizzle with the oil. Add the water.
Put the pan in the bread Maker and bake according to the settings for your machine. I use fast bake as I find the bread keeps fresh for longer than when I use the standard setting.
Notes
Nutritional information is approximate and a guideline only.Bread Maker settings can vary so timings will depend on the Bread Maker you are using.* I usually use Allinson Seed and Grain white bread flour which contains wheat and barley flakes, kibbled rye, sunflour seeds, linseed and millet. You could use any mixed seeds and white bread flour.
