Instructions
Slice the banana and freeze for a couple of hours.
Put the banana, blueberries and buttermilk in a blender and blend to make a thick liquid.
Serve in bowls with a few extra blueberries to garnish. If you’re not serving it immediately, keep it chilled in the fridge.
