Instructions
Put the juice, sugar and ginger into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Take off the heat and leave to cool.
Pour the liquid into the ice cream maker and let it churn for 20-30 minutes.
Eat the sorbet or transfer it to a freezer proof container and put in the freezer until you want to eat it.
