These Japanese seven spice roasted potatoes aka sakura shichimi potatoes are a brilliant spicy side dish. They're crispy and aromatic with quite a bit of heat too! So tasty and very moreish!

potatoes
Use floury ones, peeled and diced

teaspoon
Sakura Shichimi
Japanese 7 spice blend
1
tablespoon
cooking oil
rapeseed oil or vegetable oil
Instructions
Put the potatoes in a pan of water and bring to the boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Drain.
Toss the potatoes with the oil and the spices.
Put the potatoes in the air fryer and air fry for 15-20 minutes at 200℃
