These healthy little vegetarian quinoa patties are a great family food and so versatile! Serve them like burgers, falafels or just as a snack. They're also a great way of getting your kids to eat a few extra vegetables!
Cook the quinoa according to the pack instructions and then leave to cool.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. If it's too dry add another egg or if it's too wet, add a little more flour.
Either put tablespoons of the mixture on an oiled baking tray and bake in the oven at 180C for about 20 minutes or heat a little oil in a frying pan and when it's hot, put tablespoons of the mixture into the pan.
Fry on each side for about 3-5 minutes depending on how large they are and how hot your pan is.
Serve with bread, salad and ideally some spicy sauce or dip. Sriracha goes really well.
