Did you know you can roast a whole joint of gammon in the air fryer? It's more economical than using the oven and turns out really well too. This air fryer gammon is coated in honey and gochujang for a sweet and spicy Korean flavour.
Coat the gammon in the honey and gochujang. Wrap it up in foil.
Cook in the air fryer at 170℃ for an hour.
Check the internal temperature if you can using a meat thermometer. I like it to get to at least 71℃. If it's below, return it to the air fryer, still wrapped in foil.
When the gammon is cooked unwrap it and return to the air fryer for 10 minutes to caramelise on the outside.
Once cooked, let the ham rest for at least 10 minutes before carving.
