Doritos Fish Fingers
There are two things you need to do when you next make fish fingers. Coat them in crushed Doritos and cook them in the air fryer. These homemade doritos fish fingers are a real game changer and a huge hit with kids and adults.

tablespoon
plain flour

teaspoon
tajin
Can substitute with chilli powder

I used Chilli Heatwave

or another white fish
Instructions
Crush the Doritos. I do it by puting them in a ziplock bag and crushing with a rolling pin. Mix the tajin into the flour. Beat the egg.
Line up three bowls with the flour, the beaten egg and the crushed Doritos
Cut the Fish into fingers. Dip in the flour, the egg and then the Doritos.
Cook the fish fingers in the air fryer at 180℃ for 10 minutes.
Serve in tacos as I've done in the picture or just with chips and salad or peas.
