Vegetarian Paneer Burger with Hot Honey
Paneer is not just for curries! Try this vegetarian paneer burger. It's marinated in lemon and spices and topped with a drizzle of hot honey too. It's a delicious combination and a great alternative to other vegetarian burgers.

lemon

paneer
Use a block of paneer and slice it in half horizontally

burger buns

tablespoon
mayonnaise
salad leaves, tomatoes, onion
optional extra fillings
Instructions
Mix the spices into the lemon juice and then rub the wet spice mix onto both sides of the paneer.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the paneer on both sides until lightly browned. I like to toast the burger buns lightly too.
Assemble the burger with the mayonnaise, salad, paneer and then a generous drizzle of hot honey over the paneer.
