Drink Recipes
Most of these drinks recipes are smoothie recipes. Having a few portions of fruit or vegetables in a smoothie is a great way of getting your 5 a day. I particularly love ginger smoothies and there are a few smoothies with ginger in! I feel so energised when I drink these healthy smoothies.
As well as traditional smoothies I've also included smoothie bowls in this category. They are similar to smoothies but usually a little thicker and perfect for topping with all kinds of healthy extras. You can add nuts, dried fruit or more freshly chopped fruit for example.
There aren't just smoothie recipes though. I've got a few recipes for other soft drinks which are perfect for the whole family. They're also pretty healthy options.
If you're a coffee addict like me then I've even got a delicious recipe for a cardamom coffee. After all, I love spices in drink as well as food.
